BIOGRAPHY: When you combine vivid lyrics, bright vocals, and warm melodies the result is Sunshine, the debut album from independent, R&B artist, Xaviera. Born and raised in the small town of Bridgeton, New Jersey, Xaviera attributes her musical start to her membership in her local church choir. As early as Fourth grade, Xaviera experienced her first taste of fame when she sang the National Anthem at the Bicentennial Celebration of Bridgeton. At age 19, Xaviera left NJ to pursue her music career and settled in Atlanta, GA.

Optimistic and determined, Xaviera sought after the coveted "Record Deal". The more she educated herself on the business aspect of the music industry it tainted her "major label desires" and led her in a different direction. Xaviera started her own independent record label, Sunshyne Music. Working alongside Georgia producer, David Leonard, Xaviera penned all of the songs on her debut effort. Crediting such musical influences as Patti Labelle, Whitney Houston, and Faith Evans, Xaviera defines her musical style as a "smooth, soulful blend of R&B mixed with the youthful sounds of today's Pop and Hip Hop". Covering the ups and downs of love, Sunshine touches on topics such as new love, infatuation, heartbreak, and life after love. When asked about her thoughts on her debut project, Xaviera shares, "I am so excited about this album! It's always been my dream to share my music with the world. I am very proud of Sunshine and I pray everyone will enjoy it as much as I enjoyed making it."
